1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

1.2 After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery and the return process will be initiated automatically.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Free from any physical damage or modifications

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items without original packaging or with tampered seals
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products
  • Products used in commercial applications (unless defective)

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship the product back to our designated address
  5. Use a trackable shipping service (shipping costs apply - see below)

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:

  • Send you an email notification confirming receipt
  • Process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • The refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

3.2 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full refund: Product price if the item is defective or we made an error
  • Partial refund: Product price minus return shipping costs for customer convenience returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective

3.3 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if:

  • The product box has been opened but the product is unused
  • The return is due to customer's change of mind
  • No restocking fee applies for defective products

4. Defective or Damaged Products

4.1 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the defect or damage
  • Include unboxing video if packaging was damaged

4.2 Resolution Options

For defective or damaged products, we offer:

  • Replacement: Free replacement with expedited shipping
  • Full Refund: Including original shipping charges
  • Repair: For minor defects (subject to assessment)
  • We cover all return shipping costs for defective items

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

India:

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer bears return shipping cost
  • Defective products: Free return shipping via prepaid label
  • Wrong item shipped: Free return shipping

Dubai/UAE:

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer bears return shipping cost
  • Defective products: Free return shipping arranged by us
  • Wrong item shipped: Free return shipping

6. Warranty Coverage

All PowerTrack products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures under normal use
  • Electrical component malfunctions

Warranty claims do not require product return unless repair is not possible. For warranty service, contact our support team with proof of purchase.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Different model or configuration
  • Different color (if applicable)
  • Size adjustment (track length)

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
