Operated by Material Matters, the authorized distributor of SAGA Power Track Systems in India. These terms govern use of PowerTrack, operated by Material Matters (GSTN: 07ABYFM6170E1ZT).

Welcome to PowerTrack by Saga. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Material Matters, operator of PowerTrack.
“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.
“Products” refers to SAGA power track sockets — surface and recessed power tracks, adaptor modules — and related accessories.
“Services” refers to our e-commerce platform, customer support, and related services.
“Website” refers to our online store and all associated web pages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our products, you:

Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
Accept our Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy and Return & Replacement Policy
Acknowledge that we may modify these Terms at any time

3. Product Information and Pricing

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in INR including applicable taxes
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur
Delivery costs a flat ₹149 per order and is free on orders of ₹4,999 or more. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.
A Platform Fee of 1% of the amount payable is added to online payments and shown in your cart before you pay

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
UPI (India only)
Net Banking (India only)
Digital Wallets

Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable.

4.3 Payment Processing

Online payments are processed through Razorpay and other secure third-party payment gateways
We do not store your complete credit card information
Payment must be received before order shipment

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 Delivery Timeline

India: 15–21 business days from order confirmation
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
Remote locations may require additional time
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

6. Product Warranty

All PowerTrack products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects
Material failures under normal use
Electrical component malfunctions

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects, items broken in transit, or an item that is not what you ordered. Accepted items are replaced free of charge or refunded in full, and we pay the return shipping. See our Return & Replacement Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including product designs, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of Saga or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
