Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers returns and replacements for products bought from us, operated by Eubiq Design Private Limited.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unused and in resalable condition
• In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact
• Free from physical damage or modifications

2. Replacement for Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping where applicable
• Return shipping for verified defective items is covered by us

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Items with missing packaging or tampered seals
• Custom-cut or specially configured orders (unless defective)

4. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

2. Share your order number, product name, and reason for return/replacement
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the product using a trackable courier service

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different model, length, or configuration are subject to stock availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

6. Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Warranty vs Return

Manufacturing defects reported after the return window may still be covered under our 2-Year Warranty Policy.
