Return & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects or items broken in transit. This policy applies to products bought from PowerTrack, operated by Eubiq Design Private Limited.

1. No General Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or products that have been opened, installed, or used. All sales are final except as stated below for manufacturing defects or transit damage.

2. 7-Day Return — Defect or Broken Items Only

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect
• The product arrived broken or damaged in transit

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping where applicable. Return shipping for verified defective or broken items is covered by us.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind or no longer needed
• Products opened, installed, or used (unless defective)
• Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or modification
• Items with missing packaging or tampered seals (unless transit damage)
• Custom-cut or specially configured orders (unless defective)

4. How to Report a Defect or Damage

2. Share your order number, product name, and photos/video of the defect or damage
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions (if a return is required)
4. Ship the product using a trackable courier service when instructed

5. Refunds

Approved returns for verified defects or transit damage are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Warranty vs Return

Manufacturing defects reported after the 7-day return window may still be covered under our 2-Year Warranty Policy.
