Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Material Matters ships SAGA PowerTrack products to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability may vary for remote or restricted locations.

2. Processing Time

• Standard delivery across India within 24–31 business days of order confirmation. This includes the time we take to prepare and dispatch your order.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email with your order reference once your order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Pan India: 24–31 business days from order confirmation
• Remote or restricted pin codes may take longer
• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or local restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Delivery costs a flat ₹149 per order and is free on orders of ₹4,999 or more. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.

A Platform Fee of 1% of the amount payable is added to online payments and shown in your cart before you pay.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable. Please pay online at checkout by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email and/or SMS where available. For assistance, contact us at support@powertrack.online with your order reference.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments may be returned to us and handled under our refund policy.

8. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

Inspect your package at delivery. Please report visible damage or missing items as early as possible, ideally within 48 hours, to support@powertrack.online with photos of the outer packaging and products received, so we can file a claim with the courier. Transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery is covered by our Return & Replacement Policy.
