Eubiq Design Private Limited stands behind the quality of SAGA PowerTrack products sold through this store. This warranty applies to products purchased from this website only.

1. Warranty Period

SAGA PowerTrack track systems and compatible accessories carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Electrical component failure under normal residential/commercial use
• Track rail and adaptor defects arising from normal operation

3. What Is Not Covered

• Damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse
• Physical damage, water ingress, or exposure beyond product specifications
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Commercial overloading beyond rated capacity (8000W / 32A per track specification)

4. How to Claim Warranty

1. Email support@powertrack.online with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
2. Include photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
3. Our team will assess the claim and advise on repair, replacement, or next steps.
4. Approved warranty service may not require return of the product unless repair is not feasible.

5. Proof of Purchase

Keep your order confirmation email or tax invoice. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase from this store.
